About Me

I am Jannatul Ferdous, The Faceless Yogini

Welcome to my yoga tips blog, where I strive to empower women through the power of yoga. My name is Jannatul Ferdous, and I am the Faceless Yogini, a passionate female yoga trainer on a mission to help women achieve good health, balance, and well-being, all from the comfort of their own homes.

Born and raised in a conservative family, I understand that privacy and modesty are important to many women. That’s why I’ve chosen to share my knowledge without showing my face or revealing my identity. For now, I will be using curated images from Google to illustrate my posts, but as I grow more comfortable, I plan to share my own pictures with my face blurred to respect my family’s values and my own privacy.

My journey with yoga began as a personal quest for better health and well-being. Over time, my passion for yoga transformed into a desire to share its benefits with other women. I believe that yoga is not just a form of exercise; it’s a holistic practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

My blog will cover various topics, from beginner-friendly poses and techniques to advanced practices, all tailored to help women of all ages and fitness levels. Special emphasis will be given to prenatal yoga, supporting pregnant women in their journey towards a healthy and happy motherhood.

In this space, I will share tips, advice, and personal experiences to encourage, motivate, and inspire women to embark on their own yoga journey. I will also provide resources and guidance to help you create a safe and nurturing home practice.
